By the Fairy Lake in Xinyu, Jiangxi, a new cultural tourism experience about love, nature and fantasy is quietly blooming.
This is a new chapter for Tree Frog Tribe, and it is also an innovative experiment for us to explore the upgrade of "B&B + Theme Park" together with Xiangban Group.
Looking back at the opportunity for the project, we have to start with the land red line that spans four fish ponds.
At the end of 2023, the Tree Frog Tribe B&B under Xiangban Group was facing a brand upgrade. Due to the previous cooperation experience with Yelin Mori Ye Mita Paradise (click the link to jump), the owner found us immediately. In March 2024, we first visited the first phase of the Tree Frog Tribe, which is located on the shores of Fairy Lake, a national 4A-level scenic spot. It is a vacation product dominated by "B&B + nature study". When the consumption downturn and product aging are unstoppable, relying solely on upgraded hardware or new facilities can no longer meet the needs of parent-child families for short vacations.
In the early stages of the project, we quickly established a product co-creation camp with the Xiangban Tree Frog project team. Compared with conventional projects, the design team passively waited for a ready-made design brief, operational indicator requirements, etc. before starting the design. The second phase of the work will not be able to meet the project's advancement requirements. Thank you to the owners for trusting us. Let us work side by side with the owners from the executive role to jointly create themes, discuss product positioning, functional modules, and jointly respond to the demands of various government departments. In this process, we also deeply felt that the iteration of content, the overall operational thinking, and the iteration in the design process are no longer a single-dimensional judgment of aesthetics, but more of the need to polish the product, which is the key to promoting the long-term popularity of the scenic spot.
We adhere to the concept of "integrating the lake into the island" and let the park grow in nature: Utilizing the original ecological pattern, the four fish ponds and the island lake texture, the space design is carried out with minimal intervention.
Fairy Lake is praised as the "Holy Land of Love" and "The Cradle of Interpreting Love Classics"
Create a theme park with "pampering" as its core - Tree Frog Wow Paradise.
Extend the theme of "love" to a broader meaning: there are many kinds of love, and love links beautiful emotions; love is family affection, friendship, and love; love of nature, love of life, and love of yourself.
△The site is divided into seven core areas: entrance square, forest of strange mirrors, mini treehouse village, cute pet paradise, city of dreams, Langlang Water World, and Peninsula Camp.
There is no roar of cold equipment here, only laughter among the rope nets, whispers in the tree house, and the gentle touch of the cute nose. The seven areas are interconnected, turning "pampering" from an abstract concept into a touchable and perceptible adventure journey.

△This is the area with the most trees on the site and the best condition. We maximized the existing advantageous resources of the site and tried to introduce human activities while protecting the current biological habitat. Therefore, we retained the large camphor trees on the original site, cleared the understory weeds, and divided the activity space into three parts: playing under the forest, traveling in the forest, and overlooking the forest.
△In order to obtain more accurate site information, we measured the location, branching points, crown width, height, and diameter at breast height of large trees. It was measured that most of the trees in the forest were camphor trees, with an average branching point of 4.5m, an average height of large trees of 11m, and a crown width of 4-7m. Based on these data, we set the platform height of the trestle at 3m, allowing the camphor forest to surround the trestle, creating an experience of walking through the forest.

From bunny to deer, every cute pet has a warm home. The circular moving line allows children to freely shuttle, feed, interact, and observe——
We have embedded more interactive scenes into the design of the cute pet paradise. The entrance is equipped with secondary consumption and operation and maintenance containers for pet feeding, which can fully meet the activities and daily needs of operations in the cute pet area. The moving lines are set up as multiple loops, so visitors can freely shuttle through various animal areas, and the space is compact and rhythmic. We also set up different houses, feeding troughs and site layouts for the small animals according to the habits of each animal.
As night falls, a luminous castle lights up the forest. The children "drove" the dream car through the castle and stopped among the tree houses. Every touch and every laugh energizes the castle.

Summer laughter bursts from the water. Double-slide hugging frog slide, adjustable wave pool, parent-child shoal area... Everything is made for joy.
In winter, Water World empties its water bodies and transforms into a carnival venue to keep the fun going all year round.
Deep in the paradise is the peninsula camp connected to Fairy Lake. Between the moss, tree shadows and breeze, We rediscover our balance with nature.
——Disassemble "pampering" into perceptible moments of interaction, making the park a space for cultivating empathy and adventurous spirit.
This is a systematic innovation from "product design" to "content operation".
